Tooling & Spares Coordinator / Sales Administrator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Spares Coordinator to join our Product Services division in Coalville on a fixed term maternity cover contract.

Role & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have experience in a busy sales environment and familiarity with some of the following:

  • Owning the process from enquiry, quotation, sales order, acknowledgement and despatch
  • Liaising with customers to meet or exceed their expectations
  • Meet and report on monthly sales targets and customer delivery commitments
  • Growing the spares department revenue
  • Working within an ISO9001 operation
  • Quote preparation (non-technical, manufactured & non-manufactured parts)
  • Contract review & order acknowledgement
  • Packing & despatch management
  • Order processing
  • Creation & management of Product Services opportunities & contact database
  • Transaction management - sourcing, arranging repairs, logistics
  • Review spares (machine parts) revenue history; identify trend & patterns
